- 18
years of age or older.
- Sixty
clock hours course in real estate fundamentals. Clock
hours must be completed within five years prior to application
for examination.
- Successful
passage of examination.
- Application
for license.
First
active renewal requirement: 30 clock hours in
Practices course, plus 30 clock hours of continuing education.
